Test if the DOM implementation implements a specific
feature.

feature -
The feature to test.

version -
The version number of the
featureto test. In level 2, this can be either2.0or1.0.
返回值
成功时返回 true， 或者在失败时返回 false。
错误／异常
在 PHP 8.0.0 之前可以静态调用此方法，但会发出
E_DEPRECATED 错误。自 PHP 8.0.0 起，静态调用此方法会抛出 Error 异常
