fann_get_cascade_max_cand_epochs — 返回候选周期的最大值
说明
fann_get_cascade_max_cand_epochs(resource
$ann): int候选周期的最大值决定了在添加新的候选神经元之前，候选输入连接周期的最大值。
默认的最大候选周期是 150.

返回值
成功，返回最大的候选周期，错误则返回false .
