$ftp_stream): string返回远程 FTP 服务器的操作系统类型。

返回值
返回远程服务器类型，发生错误则返回 false。

ftp_systype can be a good way of checking the state of a connection, since PHP doesn't have a better system to check the state of an ftp connection (is_connected would be nice).
