openssl_pkcs12_read() 将pkcs12提供的PKCS#12证书存储区解析到以certs命名的变量中。
参数

成功，将保存证书存储数据

用来解锁 PKCS#12 文件的解密密码
返回值
成功时返回 true， 或者在失败时返回 false。
